    What browser are you using?

Something is not right on your system.

those social buttons are supposed to be displayed on the left side of the page vertically.

Do you have a browser add-on interfering?

Then I have no clue what to think. As a quick test and an "I wonder" moment, I installed ABP in Chrome and loaded it with the "Anti-Social" and "Ultimate" lists. With those installed, not a single social button is in sight. That's not a knock on AM, I just wanted to see what would happen. I really don't know what's going on, Jeffrey.

*Edit* I didn't see your post until I finished mine. ABP is gone and cleaned out now. I do have "DoNotTrackMe" installed, but turning it off and disabling it had no effect. They're still there. I'm on Chrome 25 Beta.

only the two filters listed under PCMAG.com need to be added for that site.

    they work flawlessly here.

Same story with IE 10, unfortunately. Same PCMag link tested.

It's easy to copy extra spaces I do it all the time.

you need to manually edit those two filters and delete the spaces.

there's no other reason they'd fail.

    I give up.

    It's just not possible.

Something is wrong on your computer.

Do you have another computer to test it on?

I don't, no. I don't know what could be "wrong", no other program on here is giving me any issues. Is there anything at all that would likely interfere with it? I can't see how something is wrong if it's blocking ads but not social stuff. If something were wrong, it wouldn't block anything I would think.

*Edit* I tried a completely different website, just for the hell of it: http://www.theverge.com/. You probably won't see them, but the buttons are at the top of the front page of this site as well *shrug* Lol

    What about TMZ.com ?

Do any of the custom filters trigger there and appear in the Logs tab?

it would appear under triggered filters.

Is anyone else having trouble with these filters?

The more feedback the better. :)

Hey Jeffrey, no, no triggers on those filters there. I studied the log line by line to make 100% certain. Regarding Verge, whatever change you made is not affecting the buttons there. A big however is that my custom filters are triggering in the logs there even though the buttons are still there. Sorry about the poorer screenshot this time, the file size limit is tiny here.

The filter I added was for the top of the page.

each unique area needs to be reported...

First post updated for theverge again.

yeah it's not gonna work for you.

something is wrong on your end.

    It's inexplicable.

It's working for every other person flawlessly.

Maybe uninstall and reinstall Ad Muncher.

Why? If there is a filter to block say, the facebook button URL, why even on the same site does each page need to be dealt with individually? By the way, the custom filter you posted on page 1 is triggering on the front page, but as you can see the buttons are all still there. I'm not getting it, Jeffrey.
