I used Secure Zone and created a zone that would protect my back-ups. The problem was that I could not see the Secure Zone in acronis as a drvie or zone to back anything into. I followed the instructions and tried to remove the secure zone but I must have re-allocated the space in a way that re partioned my drive. I am using a back-up drive with 3 partions and one of the partions has all my acronis back-ups init. I have lost 2 partions My Documents and Acronis Back-ups. The funny thing is that the drives still show in Acronis when I load the program and go to Secure Zone Wizard so I don't know if the two partions are still there, does anyone know how I can recover them so that they can be accessed in "My Computer"? See thats the other issue I cannot see them in in My Computer I can only see one of the partions that is on this drive. It also seems that Acronis is unstable for some reason when it comes to the Secure Zone Wizard because I could not always see the Secure Zone I created. Please help.

    Hello tdhanota,

Thank you for choosing Acronis Disk Backup Software.

Please make sure that you use the latest build (2337) of Acronis True Image 9.0 which is available at: http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/support/updates/

To get access to updates you should create an account at:
    http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/my/
then log in and use your serial number to register your software.

Please uninstall any previously installed build by following Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Add or Remove Programs -> Acronis True Image, prior to installing build 2337.

Please also note that you should create new Bootable Rescue CD after installing the update.

If the problem still persists with the latest build (2337) of Acronis True Image 9.0 then please create Acronis Report and Windows System Information as it is described in Acronis Help Post.

Please also make a screen shot of Windows Disk Management: Start -> Control Panel -> Performance and Maintenance -> Administrative Tools -> Computer Management -> Disk Management.

Please submit a request for technical support. Attach all the collected files and information to your request along with the step-by-step description of the actions taken before the problem appears and the link to this thread. We will investigate the problem and try to provide you with the solution.

    Thank you.
