    Hi,

I have the problem that when i want to make an image i get the error that AcrSch2Svc user does not meet the password complexity requirements. (its a acronis popup, not a windows popup).
This error is on a windows 2003 domain controller.
We are enforcing a complex password policy, so that can be a valid error.
But the AcrSch2Svc user does not exist!, so what must i change to fix it?
The service runs under the local system account, not any AcrSch2Svc account.

    Grettings,
    David

    Hello David,

Thank you for choosing Acronis Disk Backup Software.

Please let me know what Acronis program you use and the build number of the product, which you can find in the Help -> About dialog. Also please clarify the following: You choose "Create Image" wizard and get this error message, am I correct?

    Thank you.

    Hello David,

Please download the latest build of Acronis True Image 8.0 Server for Windows. In order to get access to updates you should register account on our site (or just log in if you have already created it) and then register your copy of the product.

If the problem remains, please make the screenshots of your actions in "Create Image" wizard and a screenshot of the error message, then please send it to support@acronis.com along with the link to this thread and indicate in the subject of the letter that you want to contact Irina Shirokova.

    Thank you.
