    I'm told there is a freeware version of Acronis TrueImage Deluxe ....but I cannot find a download site. I'd like to try Acronis ...but not a trial version that cannot performe a back-up restore.....!

    Used to be given away as a magazine cover-disk freebie. It's old, doesn't work with more modern hardware and is no longer supported by Acronis. Can't see what you hope to prove!!
