acronis trueimage 8.0 server

    the acronis boot cd does not find my raid 5 controller. It says no hard drives detected.

    Are you using Dynamic Disk? I've seen this before, as the boot CD won't see the Dynamic Disk since these disk types can only be seen by Windows at the OS level and not at the CD boot level.
