Acronis True Image Home version 10.0 (build 4,940) & VSS

Greetings,

I purchased this software last week, and so far every backup I have tried has failed due to locked files. This is a bother when I am there running the backup, but renders the product unusable when I am trying to do a scheduled backup, as the software just sits and waits.

Does Acronis True Image Home version 10.0 (build 4,940) support volume shadow copy in Windows XP SP2? If so, how do I enable support, if not, what is used to allow backing up locked files and how do I enable that?

If there are no provisions for backing up files that are in use at present, will this feature be incorporated soon?
