Acronis True Image Home 2009 cant access SD card reader

    I am running version 9.709 on my Dell mini 9. I can backup data to an SD card but cannot restore from it. when the PC reboots to do the restore, or I boot from a USB drive, the SD card is not accessible. This is not a BIOS issue as it it accessible from other linux bootable drives I use.

    Do you mean SD card readers are not seen under Linux environment or you just can’t open it? Have you tried to use Acronis bootable disc, is the issue persists? Is it built-in or external card reader? What is your operating system?

    I've been directed to a link of a bootable image that does recognise the SD card, so the problem is resolved.
