I checked it myself and can confirm that everything works perfect even F11 Acronis Loader with my Siemens Amilo.
My version is ATI home 11.0 build 8.010

You have to install Acronis in Vista compatability mode.
After installing a Acronis Secured Zone you can enable AcronisRescueManager and on boot you see the F11 AcronisLoader option.

On my 120GB harddisk I used 25GB at the end for Acronis Secured Zone.

    Hello Gondalf,

Thank you for using Acronis True Image 11 Home

At the moment, the following Acronis products can be installed on Windows 7:

    - Acronis True Image Home 2010 Beta
    - Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 Family

However, the correct operation is not guaranteed since Windows 7 is still in the development stage. We are planning to release updates for our current products to fully support Microsoft Windows 7 as it becomes available.

    Best regards,
