Acronis True Image Echo Server for Win TIB to Virtual

I've successfully backed up a server and the backup verifies fine in True Image.

I select the "Convert Backup to Virtual Disk" option and step through the wizard. The task starts, converts the first partition from the backup, and then I receive a "Failed to write data to the archive file.
A possible reason might be poor media quality. : None"

The errors seems weird to me, why would it be writing to the archive file--wouldn't the error be from "writing to the VHD"? That's the error I get for a VHD. I tried an ESX server just to see if it would work. When I do that, I get this error "Operation with partition "D:" was terminated.

Anybody have any ideas? This is the latest build. We downloaded the 15day demo to see if the virtual machine operations were any good or not.
