Acronis True Image 11 home

    When i boot with the V11 rescue CD on my computer , the USB keyboard and USB mouse don't work. On the same computer with the V10 version of the rescue CD the USB
    USB keyboard and USB mouse work.
    Somebody has an idea ?

    At this point, I suggest that you go back to an earlier version if you have one and wait for 11 to be fixed. Version 11.8027 is not a ready for release product.

    Actually, I have the opposite:
    my cordless Logitech keyboard/mouse set had a cursor problem in v10 and works perfectely in V11 ;)

    A good thing ...if I had still access to my RAID drives. :gack:

    Logitech on mine also works with v11 and not v10. When they "fix" it, it will probably quit working... ugh.

    Picky, picky picky. Which is more important having your keyboard and mouse work or being able to access your system?:D
