Acronis Recovery for Exchange

    Hi,

    We are using Recovery for Exchange Build 220. We had a problem on removing or delete a scheduled task. We setup the task as continous data protection and the agent stop running occasionally (the services is still running but it shows fail in the mangement console). We usually had to stop the task in the mangement console and restart the agent services in our Exchange server in order to create another new Full backup. However, when we restart the CDP agent, the schedule task status will be changed to Undefined on some cases and that particular task can be deleted or start up. If we right click the task name, it only got Rename task option but it actually not working as well.

    Is there any way we can delete those task. We got some stuck in the schedule task list but can't be removed.
