The Current Privacy Expert Suite 8.0 (Build 712) identifies Eset shortcuts (not the program itself) as a Telephone Spy, Danger level 3, in the category of a commercial Keylogger. Obviously, this is ridiculous. Does anybody know what is going on?

    Hi Werne,
I installed PSE8, but wasn't able to reproduce it with the actual update. Should you stiil experience the false positive, please contact PSE's vendor in this regard.

I am happy to report that as of the 15 Mar 2005 spyware module update, Privacy Expert Suite 8.0 Build 714, no longer reports the program shortcuts for NOD32 as spyware on my system.
