Acronis OS Selector Trial Major Malfunction

I installed the trial os selector product on my compaq running win xp. The selector does not show my win xp operating system and I can't boot my machine and I have been unable to remove this offending program.

please someone help as if I don't fix this soon my Sister in Law will stab with farm implements until I am, quite simply, Dead.

Could you please describe what is your problem and what had you done before it appeared? Waht happens when you turn your computer on?

If the computer doesn't boot please insert a diskette into the floppy drive and run the file available by the link below:

http://www.acronis.com/files/support/mbrautowrite_en.exe

Once the floppy is written, boot the computer from it and confirm that you want to fix the master boot record.

If it doesn't help please describe the problem in details and I will try to solve it.
