acronis os selector dissappeared at bootime

    the acronis os selector disappeared at boot time. I booted my computer and it "froze". I powered it off and rebooted. Now windows xp boots - and my choices for the other os's is gone.

    How did this happen? How do I get back my os choices at boot time? I did not do anything - os selector disappeared on it's own.

    If I cannot get this working... How do I get a refund?

    when i say xp boots - it's XP - just like os selector was never installed. there is no os selector at all.

    where did it go? what happened?

    Thank you for using Acronis OS Selector.

    Please start Acronis OS Selector under Windows and select Tools -> Activate. This procedure is valid only for Acronis OS Selector 9.0. If you have a previous version of Acronis OS Selector please let us know what version it is.
