    My network server keeps getting an error at startup saying it could not start Acronis Group service. I go into the services menu and try to start it manually but I get an error 1067 saying it can not be started. When I try to start Group Server Management I get the following error.

    Error while executing DataWalker expression. (0xE0000)

    Hello reporeb,

    Thank you for using Acronis Products

    What is the exact title of the program and the build number? First of all please make sure that you are using the latest build of the program. Check it in Help -> About. You can always download the latest build of the program from your account under Registered Products.

    If your operating system is Windows 2000 Server than as a workaround install Acronis Group Server on a Windows system different from Windows 2000 Server.

    If the issue persists completely reinstall Group Server:

    1. Uninstall the existing version of Acronis Group Server from Start -> Control Panel -> Add or Remove Programs;
    2. Remove the entire Group Server folder located by default at: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Acronis\GroupServer
    3. Invoke Windows Registry Editor by clicking Start -> Run and typing regedit. Remove the registry subkey GroupServer at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Acronis\TrueImageEcho\Fomatik\Plugins\GroupServer
    4. Open the downloaded .exe file of Acronis True Image Echo (latest build). Right-click on the Group Server module and extract it. Install the extracted .msi file.

    Best regards,
