Acronis Group Server error on access

    Good morning, i installe Acronis Group Server on my server, but when i go do open it i receive the following error:

    Error while executing DataWalker expression. (0xE0000)
    path="CreateGroupServerAccessor(>>>)",

    Failed to connect to the "GroupServer". (0x1B0004)

    Can anyone help me?

    Please make sure you use the latest build of the respective version of Acronis True Image. To get access to updates you should first register your software. Don't forget to update all installed components, as they need to be the same build in order to interact properly.

    Please also make sure that all security parameters are set up as described in chapter 2.2 "Security parameters" of the respective User's Guide and the Acronis Group Server service is running.

    If the issue persists, please collect some information to let us investigate it thoroughly:

    Please create Windows System Information as it is described in Acronis Help Post from the computer where Acronis Group Server is installed.

    Please also create a screenshot of the error message.

    Then submit a request for technical support. Attach all the collected files and information to your request along with the step-by-step description of the actions taken before the problem appears and the link to this thread. We will investigate the problem and try to provide you with a solution.
