Acronis features are the same with Paragon?

    I have Acronis True Image and Acronis Disk Director in a bootable CD, Can I initialize a HD, create and format hard disk partition, delete and wipe partitios, Backup my OS and recovery of applications and Files, Excluding hidden files (such as index.dat) running Windows XP or Windows 7, The same way with Paragon Bootable CD?
