Acronis Enterprise Server Build 1196

    I have just installed this version on Windows 2003 Enterprise Server SP1 and every time I come to run a backup, i get a couple of screens in and it crashes windows with Blue Screen of Death, windows then does a memory dump and restarts. This only happens when Acronis is running, HELP!

    Any Acronis Support available to help me with this?? I need to do an image ASAP!

    Not sure on the exact cause of this, but if installing this software is the only change you've made, boot the server in Safe Mode and uninstall the Acronis software. At this point, test it in a lab first.

    Hello ale1981,

    Thank you for choosing Acronis Remote Server Backup Software.

    Please do the following in order to enable mini-dumps.

    - Open Computer properties either by right clicking on My Computer icon and choosing Properties or by opening System properties in Control Panel;
    - Go to Advanced tab;
    - Press Startup and Recover Settings button;
    - Choose Small memory dump in Write debugging information box;
    - Close all the dialog windows by clicking OK buttons.

    Then please reproduce the system crash and send the mini-dumps created to Acronis Support along with the link to this thread. This will allow us to investigate the problem thoroughly.

    Hi, I have registered on the Acronis support site but I am only using the product on a trial basis, how do I complete the support form?
