Acronis Disk Director - not found any Hard disk drives

    Hi there

    Following problem;

    Just received a couple of new servers and tried to run Acronis Disk Director on them (booting from rescue disc).
    Unfortunately ADD didn't detect the installed Hard-Drives.

    I'm using ADD 10.0 Build 2117 and already installed the new driver set (http://www.acronis.com/files/support/SnapAPI_l_s_e.exe) on the workstation where I create the rescue disks. No success.

    The Hardware I'm using:
    IBM x306m Servers, 2x SAS Disks on an Adaptec SAS/SATA Controller configured as a RAID1.

    Anyone an idea what to do? I'm really stucked now...and if Acronis True Image Server won't work either (all Acronis products are using the same driver set, isn't it?) I'm reallly, really, really stucked...

    This is a paying enterprise customer with serious problems....all Acronis Supporters in Holidays?

    Have you tried calling or emailing support?

    sent an email with all information to the support (acronis.de) on 17th of August too...still no answer or reaction in any way...:thumbd:
