Both version on Acronis 10 Advance and normal can't detect SATA hard drive when trying the restoring process; what gives? Can someone assist with this I have 2 HP XW4200 and no matter where setting I set in the BIOS ACHI or IDE it does not detect the SATA HD. It see the SATA CD ROM and make that in to a C drive which I think is very strange. Thanks in advance

I have a similar problem with a RAID5 array not showing up. I've been waiting for 12 days for a response. If you can't see a drive (or drives in my case) using the recovery disk, everything else is worthless. I wonder how thorough Acronis' testing has been for this product killing fault to show up, and whether I should invest in yet another Acronis product which fails when moist needed.

    Any answers, Acronis?
