Acronis and HP zv5460us problem!

    I am needing a remedy to get TI to boot with recover disk without locking up. I've tried all the hints like tapping F-11 and get no DOS screen for Console, once in awhile it will go into the console on it's own buy locks up when checking the drives ( C & D ) partitions - I suspect there is a workaround for this problem but so far have not found anything that works for my HP5460us laptop. Help if you can please ! :eek:
