I'm just wondering if you can restore individual mailboxes using Acronis True Image Server 9.1? Is there a best practices for using Acronis to Image and Backup your Exchange 2003 Server?

No no bricklevel. Instead. Mount the Image. And use Ontrack Powercontrols to do your BrickLevel from the priv.edb mounted in the image.

Best practice is to use VSS support when you have Exchange 2003 with Acronis 9.1

Ontrack Power Controls is one good way of doing it. There is also the option of Exchange 2003 Recovery Storage Group, and then ex_merge the mailbox.
