    Hello All
    We experience some problems within our corporate network. Acronis is installed on computers and perform scheduled backup once a day. In some branch office, from 15 computers, 2 have some strange problem - during backup it failed, and the error is:
    Operation with partition "0-0" was terminated.
    Details: Write error (0x70004) Tag = 0x9D2DE1F088CBC4D4 Error writing the file. (0x40003) function = "WriteFileNoCache" Tag = 0x7CEB2CDC9FB12189 The semaphore timeout period has expired (0xFFF0) code = 80070079) Tag = 0xBD28FDBD64EDB8AF
    Its not network related problem, since all other computers successfully perform this task. Also NAS is not an issue by same reasons. How can we troubleshoot and fix this issue? Anyone have similar experience maybe?
    thx
    Denis.

    Hello Denis,

    Thank you for using Acronis Corporate Products

    Please contact Acronis Support here and have the following files at hand:

    1) - Start Acronis True Image;
    - Select Tools -> Show log;
    - Choose the log entry which contains errors;
    - Click on the diskette icon, choose the location (folder) and save there;

    2) Please download the free Wireshark utility, install it and do the following:

    1. Run the installed program from Start -> All Programs -> Wireshark;

    2. Click Capture -> Interfaces... and click Start button corresponding to the network adapter you are using for our internet connection;

    3. Reproduce the issue without closing Wireshark application;

    4. Click Capture -> Stop after the issue is reproduced;

    5. Save the captured data by clicking File -> Save as;

    This information would let us investigate the issue thoroughly.

    Thank you.
