Under windows acronis 11 true image home recognizes my hardrive. But when using bootable rescue media. The bootable rescue media on my cdrom starts of fine but if you restore or backup I recieve the message:

E000101F4 Acronis true image has detected an un-supported hard disk drive. Acronis True Image Home does not support Windows Dynamic Disk, EZ-Drive, etc."

I don't have dynamic disk. I have a basic healthy 1 partition drive according to computer management.

    I have a dell ispiron b130 notebook.

My bios is a dell 27d50c16;phoenix ROM BIOS PLUS Version 1.11A04

I include the above becuase other posts here refer to legacy sat . I don't have anything as far as that except enabling hardrive or cd-rom for bootup.

I posted this to tech support and they had me download :

    http://download.acronis.com/sl/kwwh...O/26/TrueImage11.0.8048__Standard_english.iso

I assume as a replacement to my bootable rescue media ,but that wouldn't boot on my cdrom drive.

They, tech support said f the issue remains, please log into your account with registration
e-mail and download Acronis Bootable Rescue Safe
Plug-in Media from your account. Boot from it and check whether the
    issue remains.

Well I can't find this save plug-in Media anywhere in the acronis website. Does anyone here have an idea where this is or what this is ?

If you're using ATI 11, the safe mode module is an add-on that you download from the updates page. REgister your serial number, then when you log in you can go to your "registered Products" and see a list of software yu can download, inlcuding the safe mode msi under ATI 11.
