Accessing Remote server across internet

    Hello,

    Thanks for taking the time to look at my issue.
    I have the remote administrator server installed on a machine in a customer corporate network, that is behind a firewall and I want to be able to connect to it from my network via the internet. Can anyone let me know the details for configuring the client firewall, port forwarding etc, and anything I would need to do at my end.
