Access Web Console

    Please disregard and delete if you wish.. A reboot took care of the problem, which I forgot to do
    after installing webroot




    Just installed Webroot Secure Anywhere and created an account.

    when I click on "access your web console"
    I get the message "WRSA.EXE - no disk
    There is no disk in drive.
    cancel try again continue


    press continue and get the following:

    This Keycode has already been registered

    Please contact your account administrator, and ask them to create an account for you to use the Backups and/or Passwords service.
    ---------------------------------------------------------------------
    If you are the account Administrator and wish to use these services on your account, please log in and enable these under the "Manage Users" Screen.

    Log in

    Then I click on log in, then it asks for Email and Password and then takes me to my account

    How do I get rid of the No disk message
