I know nothing about computers so my descriptions may sound pretty dumb, forgive me.
    Here is my problem:
My Laptop is acting crazy, I am getting scared!
I have MacFee and AVG (does that cause problems?) and Sygate Personal firewall. Couple days ago I started getting some warnings for a Trojan Horse Downloader.Winshow.W, before I could do anything my computer would reboot itself non-stop, finally I got it to freeze somehow and ran AVG what took care of part of the problem (cleaned the Trojan Horse from 3 files)but I still get a warning for the same stuff. And my laptop is slow and weird.
I found the Three Steps page and followed them: installed and ran Spybot and HijackThis! and posted this log before trying to do anything by myself.
Please let me know if I still should clean anything else and if I should keep my firewall and 2 anti virus,
    THANKS!!!

Reboot into safe mode by following instructions here: http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/tsgeninfo.nsf/docid/2001052409420406
then as some of the files or folders you need to delete may be hidden do this:
Open Windows Explorer & Go to Tools > Folder Options. Click on the View tab and make sure that "Show hidden files and folders" is checked. Also uncheck "Hide protected operating system files" and untick "hide extensions for known file types" . Now click "Apply to all folders"
    Click "Apply" then "OK"

    Delete these files
    C:\WINDOWS\image.dll

    and Delete these folders
    C:\Program Files\Submit\
    C:\Documents and Settings\Chrys\Application Data\ieco

    Now Run cwshredder
Close all browser windows, click on the cwshredder.exe then click "FIX" (Not "Scan only") and let it do it's thing.

Reboot After running cwshredder and as soon as possible follow this advice:
Now as CWS Hijacks are normally installed via the byte verifier exploit in M$ JavaVM, just surfing a page with an infected applet can install it with no user participation. So once you’ve run the above, it is vital that you go here, click Scan for updates in the main frame, and download and install all CRITICAL updates recommended.

    then
Reboot normally & postt a log to check if clear

after a couple of days of perfection my connection is acting crazy again (connects at all different speeds, doesn't receive anything at all and disconnects all the time), and my pc is slower, I am pretty sure I followed every piece of instruction I got. Is there a way of knowing if there is still something wrong with it or it may be my dial up connection the one to blame?

This is the only thing I can see in the log

    C:\WINDOWS\system32\spider.exe

were you playing solitaire while taking the log, otherwise it might be suspect

the slow downs might be rel;ated to having 2 antiviruses running at the same time
