about spyware blaster spyware prevention

I have installed ur application-spyware blaster and it says from ur EULA that ur app only prevents spyware installation...does it mean there is always the possibility of spyware being installaed in my computer?

Network Essentials-a spyware was not prevented by spyware blaster. Also, Imesh 4.1 a known carrier of various spywares still has the ability to install spywares such as gator, gmt..were these spyware included in ur database?

Also, Ezula and commonname' s file and registries are still installed.Does Spyware Blaster has the capability to prevent files and registries installation?
