About:Blank-I'm a dummy with computers and need help!

Ok, I've tried to traverse my way through the long thread about how to fix this, unfortunately I'm really not that educated currently in looking around my actual computer.

I do know I have an IE hijacker, the common "about:blank" hijacker that's oh-so-annoying. I've run Spybot and Ad-aware 6.0 and just tried Spywareblaster, but got the damaged message.

So now I need a some really obvious and literal and step-by-step directions as to what exactly I need to do to get rid of this evil trojan hijacker.
