about:blank hijackthis log and info

I have the About:blank hijack. I ran adaware 6 current update as of 7-3-04, and cleaned everythign out. I then ran Spybot search and destroy. Spybot came up with nothing after having ran adaware. I rebooted and immediatly ran hijackthis and saved the logfile. I then opened up IE to come to this forum and the hijack was not functioning at the moment, though I am sure it is still on the system and will be back shortly.

Please advise what I should do.

PLs. save your HJT in its OWN folder - like C:\HijackThis.

Check the following items in Hijackthis - close ALL windows\browsers except HIjackThis and click "Fix checked":

R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,HomeOldSP = about:blank
R3 - URLSearchHook: (no name) - {1C78AB3F-A857-482e-80C0-3A1E5238A565} - (no file)

Empty your Temporary Internet Files and history in Internet Options. And clean out your
%Userprofile%\Local Settings\Temp
folder. It's a good idea to do that regularly.

Then Disable system restore: Instructions here
Reboot

Enable System Restore.

Did you get the latest Microsoft Critical Update from yesterday?? If NO - go get it
