about:Blank as homepage

I keep getting about:Blank as my homepage not matter how many times I change it. I've run two different spyware programs and everyting is supposed to be clean. Below is my HJT log. I would appreciate any help I can get! Thanks!!!

Download and install APM from: http://www.diamondcs.com.au/index.php?page=apm

Before you start, please unzip hijackthis to a separate folder. The program will make backups in the folder in the folder it's in.
These easily get lost in a Temp folder.

Check the items listed below in HijackThis, close all windows except HijackThis and click Fix checked:

Then start APM. In the upper window select explorer.exe
In the lower window find and rightclick the BHO from the HijackThis log
(C:\WINDOWS\System32\lopiaed.dll)
Select Unload DLL and click OK on the prompts that follow.

Reboot and scan with AdAware to remove the txt and html protocol association.
