A strange case of FP

hi....is there a difference in prevx v3 install exe and safeonline install exe in terms of detection/scanning for i just tried safeonline install and got two FP but a clean system with prevx....both files are xerobank files

There should be no difference between the two at all - could you send me a Tools > Save Scan Results scan log to report@prevxresearch.com? I suspect you managed to install directly before and after the file was automatically determined

 

okay...i have sent the logs both prevx and safeonline.....btw safeonline still detects the two files...i like the gui but not the scan report though

 

If you run another scan, you should now like the scan report as well
