A Shockingly good surprise with F-Secure's customer service!

Today I gave F-Secure a call and was pleased with:

- 24 hour online phone support (during weekdays). I haven't seen that before and I am very happy with this.

- Technical Support Agent was very polite, had an upbeat tone (which is very rare these days), answered all my queries and knew what he was talking about

- He did not push me to buy any license, but rather, was pushing me to try the demo and see for myself how light F-Secure is on my system (or so he claims)

- Very nice of him he even sent me an email from where to download the demo and stuff. Not that I don't know from where to get it, but still..


All in all, I cannot judge the product at all yet as I am yet to try it but I can tell that the first step was very successful thanks to this pleasant experience with F-Secure's Technical Support

 

I don't know why but I have the feeling that you are not happy with Avast

 

I was very happy until the recent update. Suddenly, while I am playing on MSN Games - Spades. The internet for that tab just freezes. I even disabled the webguard but no luck.

 

hope this experience stays like that for long
