a new threat found

    26/12/2008 18:45:30 IMON file ~Link Removed. No links to possible malware to be posted here. - Ron~ probably unknown NewHeur_PE virus
    Any ideas what could i do with this??

    Send it to samples("at")eset.com in a zip file with the password "infected" and use the subject "Unknown detection".

    Actually it is already detected, i was able to download the file before the link was removed.

    I'm talking about whether it is a false positive or negative.

    any news about this virus?i have scanned today with nod32 and it doesnot detect it.is it possible to be cleaned with the last scanno_OOr nod just cannot detect it?how to understand if it is still there??

    yes if possible.i would like to try solve this problem.I reported the problem as advised but still not an answer

    I don't get where the problem is . You showed that NOD32's internet protection detected a threat and determinated the connection . It is no longer there . So ,where the problem is ?
