LOL, I think if people are going to scam, they really should spend sufficient time learning the language in which they wish to deliver their scam. That's a good effort spoiled by poor grammar.

 

ROFLMAO. The UN is involved in fighting cybercrime? Give me a break. They can't even get around to having the member nations pay their annual dues to the organization.

Abusing Microsoft's reputation again ? Shame on them.
