Did you visit the links inside the article? They should appear when you mouse over them and then you can middle click on them in a new browser tab. You might have to watch a video to find out where they are.

I can't find download links or anything to try out for those 2 programs, which happens to be developed by them.

    Hi J_L,

Apparently, SkyDE is a proof-of-concept implementation and first experimental results are presented in SkyDe: a Skype-based Steganographic Method where there is a PDF link you can download which has the authors email addresses if you would like to contact them about when they plan to release their software tool, SkyDE. My guess is that it won't be available until their book is published (see below), and that it may or may not be released with the book, i.e. one may have to buy the book to get the software.

Note: StegSuggest appears to be in the same category as SkyDE as they are the same authors save for one between the two projects.

As such, it is ongoing work-in-progress research sponsored by the Polish Ministry of
Science and Higher Education and Polish National Science Centre
    under grants: 0349/IP2/2011/71 and 2011/01/D/ST7/05054.

The authors will publish a new book entitled "Information Hiding in Communication Networks: Fundamentals, Mechanisms, and Applications" will be published by Wiley-IEEE Press in 2015. See New book....
