3Ware and Redhat LVM Ext3

I have a system with redhat 4.1 es and a 3ware 8006-2lp raid contoller. True image boots fine and detects the boot and the ext3 lvm partition, but says that the lvm partition has errors and will require a sector by sector copy. I have run fsck on both partitions and everything came up clean. If I go to the more info screen, it says "file system error - group descriptor corrupted" I am using the latest build 903. Any Ideas
