3D XP Screensaver does not run: Caused by SG?

System Specs:
WinXP Home with SP1
Directx9.0b
Latest Drivers

with
Spyware Guard 2.2.0
Spyware Blaster
Spybot-S&D with Teatime
Ad-aware
ZoneAlarm Security Suite

Problem:
When trying to run (even preview) the "3D XP Screensaver" from Microsoft, the screensaver runs for about 2 seconds then PC returns back to active mode (it wakes up).

I found out that only when I kill sgmain.exe and sgbhp.exe via taskmanager can I successfully load the said screensaver.

Is this the same with all you other users of SG?

 

thanks a lot! I just have to contend myself without the screensaver instead of losing BHO protection. Well, until the next version comes out.
