64bit version. Most of it is in English but it's 360 Antivirus.(Chinese branding of IS?) Some of the menus are in Chinese still. Enabling all the engines and updating it runs fairly smooth. Memory usage is the approx 175-185k with everything enabled.

Probably a silly question: I run windows 8.1, so should I disable Defender when using 360IS?

Note to self: copy and save the suggestions for settings (balanced, security, etc).

    Greetings, Bob.
Not using 8.1, but I assume you mean Windows Defender. If so, you can disable realtime Defender while using Q360.
To feel confident, you can utilize Malwarebytes/HitmanPro/HerdProtect scan on a weekly basis when you are using your PC the least [while you sleep?].

On to matter of new version, ask them to make a removal tool just in case their product cannot be removed.

Did you ever have any difficulty removing any 360 product?

Lots of traveling, doing computer stuff [my passion, focus on software], hanging out here and chatting with you guys, and doing what I love the most [my sig].
