3 user nod 32 install over expired version

My eset nod32 license will expire on Monday.
I have other av (avast) on 2 other machines.
newegg gives a better price for 3user package than the upgrade/renew direct from eset. Will there be a problem using this license to upgrade/renew my machine?

why buy a new product from Newegg - you were entitled to a renewal..

3-user, 1 year renewal = $49.99
3-user, 2 year renewal = $89.99

you can get a renewal online and all you need is the new username/password to put into the software.

You could not buy a brand new software when your current license expires - UNLESS you are past 60 days of your expiration, at which time you lose the renewal ability (ESET policy)

not when I searched they didn't - and I also just searched now.... nope - not below retail
