3 User License

    I purchased a 3 User License Boxed Product from Futureshop and loaded it on my daughters Windows 7 machine. The Activation confirmation e-mail says
    licensed for 1 computer. What gives?

    Hello,

    It might have been a typo in the confirmation email. Try going to Retrieve License Details page and entering your e-mail address to have the license re-sent. Does it now say three computers?

    Thank-you for your reply but it still says only one computer. I will be installing Windows 7 on her laptop as well when it arrives so I will attempt to load Nod32 on it as the second install. If it does not allow me to activate then I will expect some answers then, Thank-you

    If you can send me the Username portion of your license (the part that begins with EAV-#######) through a private message in the forum I can ask ESET's licensing folks to look up the license.
