2010 system back up & 3tb ext HDD compatible

    I can take a snapshot and see an arc file in my new ext 3tb HDD but when I click on explore below the snapshot it is empty. Old 500gb shows explore content just fine.

    Is a 3TB ext HDD compatible with 2010 system back up?
