2 licences used because I have 2 network cards

    Most of our users have laptops with 2 nic's installed - one for wireless, one for the wired LAN. ON some laptops, the Acronis licence server is using up 2 workstation licences because of this. You can see the MAC address of each being used.

    Should this be the case? If not, please let me know how I can free up a licence.

    Anyone? Even Acronis support doesn't seem to know.

    I read something in the manual for Snap Deploy that each NIC's MAC requires a seperate License. I think it said to disable one and there is a way to free up the License's again but require deleting a XML file somewhere if I remeber correctly! do a search in the the forums I know its around !!
