@Infected From post 13 mentioned above. Copy all the text in quotation marks. Open notepad, paste copied text. Click save as, change name to something you like like Enable 1806, change "save as type" to "All files" and add the extension to .reg to the end of name you just given. Save it somewhere for keeping, then double click to import to registry. This can be done to restore to default, follow same as above but change dword digit from 3 to 1. Hope this helps, regards.
If you just want to apply it on your everyday IE, you can do it via Internet Option. Open "Security" tab, choose "Internet Zone" and search for "launching application and unsafe file", then disable it.
