100 yrs for person, 40 yrs for organization to crack 17 char pswd T/F?

That table is quite interesting. I was wondering if anyone agrees or disagrees with it?

 

I agree with the spirit of the chart, but the figures are totally arbitrary. There's no way to put a year figure on something like that without first knowing what kind of computing power the "individual" has and the "organization" has. To say this or that would take 10 years longer or 20 years longer without knowing the variables is silly, but the spirit of the post and chart is very much on-target.
