Error codes 458 and 786 with TI9

I just 'upgraded' to TI9 build 2259 from TI8. I am running on an AMD processor machine, 768 meg mem 60 gig Maxtor harddrive and a Pioneer DVD-RW. All worked fine with TI8 and I decided to upgrade. Now my first experience with TI9 has been bad. It appears to be backing up much faster (making an image of my bood drive) but when it comes time to insert a new DVD i receive weeoe messages:

Error code 4(0x640004) please insert next volume

Error (code) 502 x(101F6) operation with partition C: was terminated with code 458, 786 "operation canceled by user"

whats with this? Do I have something set wrong or is this another TI9 problem? I am going to try backing up to TI8 untim I can find a solution to this problem

In order to get access to updates you should register account on our site (or just log in if you have already created it) and then register your copy of the product.
