Socksify Metropipe via FreeCap and Tor?

I am trying something I have not seen anyone discuss on the net (I have searched around for it, but no luck), and that is to "socksify" Metropipe tunneler so it travels via the Tor network from me to metropipe servers.

For this I have tried to use FreeCap, but so far I have had no luck.

I know how to use FreeCap to socksify other programs, but the Metropipe SSH tunneler will not work, and I would like to ask if any one of you have tried to make this work, and how did you do it?
