Default Quicktime7 and iTunes5 problems

Greetings,

well I didn't find yet a better place to ask, but did anyone else experience dead internet connection after installing Quicktime7 and iTunes5?

Installation goes OK (there is a new service Bonjour - I never seen it before) and then just my Internet connection dies (well maybe not internet connection, but I can not access anything anymore). Also in Services -> Computer Browser can not be started after restart.

When I uninstall QT and IT, I have to Reboot my NAT Router/DSL Modem and then finally everything works OK.

Does anyone have similar issues?
