Default Defrag

Anyone out there know of a defrag utility for Windows that runs off a live Linux distro?

I have a work laptop which is terminally fragged - our IT bois have disabled Windoze defrag by rights for some reason, and merely rebuild the machines when they inevitably fall over.

no, but i found a perfectdisk plugin for bartpe if that helps.
