Default Update password does not work

On the Update/upgrade page I have lost my registration password.
So when I clicked to the lost my password and entered the email I used for my registration,
I was able able to receive a new password but when I enter it (along with my registration email) it tells my that my password is incorrect, I've tried at leat 10 times.

What am I doing wrong?

Thanks in advance for any help

Default Re: Update password does not work

Hello kliko,

Thank you for your interest in Acronis software.

Please check that you input the correct e-mail and password (check the keyboard layout, make sure CapsLock is not pressed). If the problem still persists please send a letter with your e-mail address to support@acronis.com along with the description of the problem. We will certainly solve the issue as soon as possible.

Thank you.
