On the Update/upgrade page I have lost my registration password.
So when I clicked to the lost my password and entered the email I used for my registration, I was able able to receive a new password but when I enter it (along with my registration email) it tells my that my password is incorrect, I've tried at leat 10 times. What am I doing wrong? Thanks in advance for any help |

Thank you for your interest in Acronis software. Please check that you input the correct e-mail and password (check the keyboard layout, make sure CapsLock is not pressed).
